Mission for Community Development (MCODE) is a Ugandan non-profit organization founded to uplift marginalized communities through sustainable development.
Guided by our vision of creating resilient communities through environmental stewardship and empowerment, we work across four pillars: Education, Health, Livelihood, and Environmental Conservation.
From child sponsorship and vocational training, to clean water access, micro-enterprise support, and tree planting, MCODE partners with communities to build dignity, opportunity, and a greener future for generations to come.

To support vulnerable children to attain formal education and contribute to the improvement of the education infrastructure in the marginalized communities.
Our Porpose
To Provide specialist therapy services, including physio, occupational, speech and orthopaedic therapy and special education to children with disabilities..
